Telehealth works well for annual wellness check-ins, chronic condition management, medication refills and adjustments, lab review, and follow-up after a diagnosis. It is not appropriate for medical emergencies.

Is telehealth legal and covered in Nevada?
Yes. Nevada law permits licensed providers to deliver care by telehealth, and Prime Vitality Medical & Wellness PLLC is licensed to see patients located anywhere in the state at the time of their visit.
What can be treated through a telehealth visit?
Many everyday and ongoing concerns can be evaluated virtually, including colds and minor infections, chronic condition management, medication refills, skin conditions, hormone therapy follow-up, and women’s health and menopause care. Conditions requiring a physical exam, imaging, or emergency treatment need in-person care.
Do I need insurance to book a visit?
No. Visits are available self-pay starting at $79, with no insurance required. If you do have insurance, bring your details to your Patient Resources intake form and we’ll let you know whether it applies.
What do I need for a telehealth appointment?
A smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera, microphone, and a stable internet connection. You’ll receive a secure video link before your scheduled visit.
Is telehealth right for a medical emergency?
No. Telehealth is not appropriate for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
