What Primary and Preventive Care Includes
Primary care supports ongoing health, including preventive screenings, chronic condition monitoring, medication management, and lab review. Services are provided within the scope of APRN/FNP-BC practice in Nevada.
Annual Wellness Visits
A yearly review of your health status, current medications, and relevant preventive screenings, coordinated with appropriate lab work.
Preventive Screenings
Screening guidance based on age, sex, family history, and individual risk factors, with referrals to appropriate resources when indicated.
Chronic Condition Management
Monitoring and management of conditions such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, type 2 diabetes, and thyroid disease, within APRN/FNP-BC scope of practice. Conditions requiring specialist care will be referred accordingly.
Medication Management
Review and ongoing management of appropriate non-controlled medications, and coordination with other providers when indicated.
