Skin Condition Visits in Las Vegas

Prime Vitality evaluates selected skin concerns as part of primary care and quick care. Vahid Moradi Gheisvandi, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC offers appropriate telehealth visits for eligible patients located in Nevada. In-person appointments are temporarily unavailable. A clinical evaluation determines what can be managed in primary care and when a dermatology referral is needed.

Common Concerns

Acne and Rosacea

Discuss symptoms, previous treatments, and options that may be appropriate after assessment.

Eczema and Dermatitis

Review recurring irritation, possible triggers, and a care plan suited to your circumstances.

Rashes and Superficial Infections

Evaluation of selected rashes and minor skin infections. Some concerns require tests, in-person assessment, or referral.

Is Telehealth Right for My Skin Concern?

Clear photos and a virtual visit may help with some visible skin concerns, while changing or suspicious lesions, severe symptoms, or concerns needing a procedure require in-person assessment or specialist referral. Do not rely on a virtual visit alone to rule out skin cancer.

In-person appointments are temporarily unavailable. Telehealth appointments remain available for eligible patients in Nevada. Eligible telehealth patients must be located in Nevada at the time of the visit.
